A Brief Look at Our Past
We are Slade and Sloan Williams, managing partners at WPC Metal Services. We grew up working with our hands, sometimes under the watchful eye of our father at Rick’s Signs, which has been in the family since the 1970s.
When it came time to choose a career, we knew nothing would make us happier than to continue the legacy of quality craftsmanship in the manufacturing industry.
So with only our entrepreneurial spirit, a waterjet cutter, and a powder coating booth, we set up shop in 2011 as WPC Metal Services.
In 15 short years, we've grown from a two-man operation in a 6000 sqft shop to a staff of 45 awesome people with 55,000 sqft of production facility.
In addition to CNC plasma, laser, band saw, and router cutting, we have expanded our services to include welding, machining, forming, and finishing at our new state-of-the-art facility on Jordan Valley Road.
We have surrounded ourselves with the most experienced skilled craftsmen in the East Texas area because our products are made by Texans for Texans.
But we also deliver and ship all over the United States.

To promote skilled trades like the ones we depend on in the Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) industry, we partner with LeTourneau University School of Engineering to help students build their go-carts, robots, and senior design projects.
